There are a few important things you need to know first.
The moment you place a food you're sensitive to in your mouth, a PREDICABLE yet mostly INVISIBLE chain of events begins.
These events are the clues that lead directly to your mystery ailment answer.
...Clues that are hiding in plain sight.

The 3 "Invisible" Clues You Must Know To Solve Your Food Sensitivity Mystery
Your diet probably consists of HUNDREDS of different individual foods each week.
Add to that, herbs, spices, additives, chemicals, "enhancers" and pollutants and the number is even higher.
How do you determine WHICH specific food is triggering your ailment when you eat so many?
You simply put on your "Sherlock Holmes Food Sensitivity hat" and follow the clues of course...
The first clue is a BIOLOGICAL one you can MEASURE.
Clue #1: Heart Rate Spikes
When you eat a food you’re sensitive to, your body goes into “mini-shock” and “alert” mode.
This alarm response sets off a chain of events...one of the first is it causes your pulse to increase.
This was first discovered by Immunologist Dr. Sanchez nearly 70 years ago.
It's not uncommon for your pulse to spike 8 to 20 beats per minute within 2 hours of eating your trigger food..
If you're not paying attention (and who is?) you may never notice.
I’m going to show you how to DETECT and SEE your food sensitivity right now…it only take a couple of minutes.
Food Sensitivity 3-Minute Test
Step 1: On an empty stomach sit comfortably in a chair. Set your phone timer feature to 1 minute. Count the number of heart beats for ONE FULL MINUTE. Write this number down.
Step 2: Place a piece of food you’d like to test in your mouth and chew thoroughly for 1 minute.
Step 3: (Wait 5 minutes) Set your phone timer feature to 1 minute again. Count the number of heart beats for ONE FULL MINUTE. Write this number down.
RESULTS: Subtract step 1 from step 3.
0 = very unlikely the food is a sensitive food for you.
Less than 3 = Less likely to be a sensitive food
4 to 5 = very possible sensitivity…test the food again later.
Greater than 6 = Highly possible sensitive food…test again later to be sure. (GREAT! You found a trigger food!)

I've literally taken THOUSANDS of these pulse tests! I've experimented with individual foods to entire meals.

The pulse test is great to see food sensitivity tension in your body, BUT as you can imagine, this is NOT very practical at finding trigger foods.
You eat lots and lots of different foods each week and each test takes at least 7 minutes to do PLUS you have to wait between each test to "clear out" your system.
Fortunately for you, we figured out a way so you don't have to do this to find your food triggers. So we're only going to use this pulse test later to CONFIRM your trigger food once you have a solid list of suspect foods.
I'm going to show you an easy way to get your list of suspect foods in just a minute. First, here's Food Sensitivity Clue #2...
Clue #2: "Micro-Ailments" Appear
Over the years I've found nearly everyone who has a major ailment linked to a food sensitivity also has one or more "Micro-Ailments" linked to a food sensitivity too.
Micro-ailments are symptoms that may be bothersome but they're not so bad that they totally disrupt your life.
A lot of times people dismiss these ailments as "Just part of life." or "Part of getting older." or "My body has always been this way." or "That's just the way my body works."
A micro-ailment is like being in a room with the roar of a vacuum cleaner...
After a few minutes you don't hear it anymore.
Somehow that obnoxious hum just fades into the background...you learn to "just live with it."
The second it's turned off, it's like WHOA..."I had no idea how loud that was!"
And if it was turned off when you were in mid sentence...Yikes...Look Out! Everyone within 100 feet CLEARLY hears you YELLING!
It's the same with "micro-ailments". Perhaps they've been with you for so long you've learned to just "live with them" too.
We're going to work to change that.
Because when the micro-ailment is turned off, it's like WOW! What a wonderful relief.
I want you to feel that wonderful relief in your body.

Clue #3: "Pain Point" Patterns Appear
Most people come to me saying there is no rhyme or reason to their ailments...they just seem to come and go...ebb and flow.
Believe it or not, THERE ARE patterns to your ailments.
You may not be able to see them...YET...but they are there.
It's like hunting.
I'm NOT a hunter. When I walk into the woods I see trees, plants, lakes, rivers and more trees. If an animal scurries across my path...GREAT!
I have a good friend who IS a hunter. His experience of the woods is totally different.
When he walks through the woods he see the "PATTERNS-of-the-forest".
He points out the paths the animals take...game trails. (I'm like...where? That's a trail? Who knew, there are animal highways!)
He points out the foot print tracks of bears, deer, rabbits and turkey.
He sees scat (animal poop) and knows which animal left it, how long ago and the type of food they've been feeding on.
He points out active water holes where the animals congregate in the mornings and evenings.
Years ago, being a great hunter (or not) was the difference between life and death for the whole family.
A great hunter spends YEARS studying their forest and taking notes. They map the land and the animals in winter, spring, summer and fall.
They know the "patterns of their forest".
Your body and ailment are the same way.
Like the great hunter, you simply track the clues that are there and the patterns appear over time by themselves.
A simple way to do this is with pen and paper (I'll show you an even easier way shortly).
Each day simply write down what you've eaten and how you feel.
After a while the patterns begin to appear just like the patterns in the forest.
This is how I began my own food sensitivity journey. I'll admit it's slow going and difficult to pick up on the patterns with pen and paper...but it can be done.
